Wild Daughter reflects a way of life, a state of mind. Wild cooking in line with her surrounds, an expression of her resourceful nature. She feels most happy out wild in the fields, foraging and cooking, bringing people together to celebrate time and place. 

She brings communities together over family-style sharing feasts, communal affairs where handcraft and natural design are at the heart of the experience. She loves the open fire and plays with new ideas that she thoughtfully brings to life in her cooking.

Her menu does not follow any rules. Guided by the seasons her food and drink is playful and colourful, a back-to-the roots approach inspired by people she meets, places she visits, memories she holds and dreams she has. 

Together with her beautiful collective of talented chefs and mixologists, sommeliers and foragers she allows wildest ideas to unfold.
