Noemi is a visionary, in her element making things happen and exploring the new.
Originally born and raised in Berlin Noemi has travelled and lived abroad most of her adult life. Heralded for her curiosity and world-open mind to discover the new, she loves details, the little things that we often take for granted.
Her work is inspired by childhood memories, people she meets and places she visits brought together with a decade of experience within the hospitality industry. She is passionate about unconventional spaces and interior designs that tell stories and make for experiences to last.
Noemi studied Hospitality Management in the Netherlands at the Hotelschool The Hague before she moved to London to work on her corporate career. She worked in cities like New York, Amsterdam, London and Berlin that fuel her imagination for what real hospitality means to her. For five years she was as an independent hotel consultant in the City of London before she left her corporate job behind to pursue her own endeavours in 2015.
She has launched a successful Berlin brunch pop-up series called brünch that brings people together in unique locations off the beaten track. Spaces with character and charm and a story to tell. She opened her own cafe in London, toured some incredible festivals with her Berlin Brünch Bar and held various pop-up residencies. After 14 years away, Noemi moved back to her hometown Berlin in 2018, where she is currently based.
Wild Daughter was born in winter of 2018. The process of bringing her to life has been fuelling Noemi with energy and inspiration to think beyond the traditional forms of hospitality, made her look closer at what hospitality means to her in its truest form and the impact our surroundings have on us and the way we experience food and drink. With Wild Daughter Noemi sets out to drive her ideas, visions and dreams forward, an make hospitality more of an experience.
