Noemi is a visionary, in her element making things happen, driven by curiosity to explore the new.

Born and raised in Berlin, she has travelled and lived abroad most of her adult life. Heralded for her curiosity and world-open mind to discover the new, you will find her either cooking or eating, or thinking about it. Always with her finger on the pulse, wearing many hats.

Her work is inspired by childhood memories, people she meets, places she visits and dreams she has brought together with over a decade of experience within the hospitality industry. She is passionate about unconventional spaces and interior designs that tell stories, have their own character and charm that influence her food, designs, partners and eye for the detail.

Noemi studied Hospitality Management in the Netherlands at the Hotelschool The Hague before she moved to London to work on her corporate career. She worked in metropoles such as New York, Amsterdam, London and Berlin and traveled dusty roads off the beaten track; all of which fuelled her imagination and gratitude for what real hospitality means to her. People Spaces Places. Eat Play Dream Connect.

For five years she worked as an independent hotel consultant in the City of London before she left her corporate life behind to pursue her own endeavours in 2015.

Since then she launched a successful Berlin brunch pop-up series called brünch that brings people together in unique locations off the beaten track. She opened her own cafe in London, toured some incredible festivals with her Berlin Brünch Bar and held various pop-up residencies. Currently Noemi lives in Antigua, Guatemala and opened her Wild Bakery and runs Wild Cooking Workshops and Events.

Wild Daughter was born in winter of 2018. She is Noemi’s way to express herself, live her ideas, visions and dreams in a world that is increasingly becoming disconnected. Back to the roots, honouring tradition with a forward thinking and holistic approach to designing F&B destinations and experiences.
