Botanical & Guest Experience Coordinator (Part-Time)

Wild Daughter & Casa Consciente are looking for a creative, organised and nature-loving person to join our growing team in Antigua.

This is a unique role for someone who enjoys working with people just as much as working with plants.

You'll help bring our botanical and hospitality experiences to life through workshops, events, beautiful details and meaningful guest experiences.

Your role will include:

🌿 Coordinating botanical workshops and creative experiences

🌿 Harvesting, drying and processing herbs and flowers

🌿 Assisting with botanical products, flower pressing and seasonal projects

🌿 Styling spaces and tables with natural elements

🌿 Managing guest enquiries, reservations and event communication

🌿 Welcoming guests and hosting during workshops and events

🌿 Supporting the planning and coordination of experiences across Wild Daughter and Casa Consciente

We're looking for someone who:

• Loves plants, herbs and nature

• Has excellent communication and organisational skills

• Enjoys hosting and making guests feel welcome

• Is creative, proactive and takes initiative

• Is comfortable working independently

• Has an eye for beauty and detail

• Speaks English (conversational) and Spanish (conversational)

This is a part-time position, approximately 25hrs a week with the opportunity to grow as our projects evolve.
